1. Online Mock Exams

1.1. You may cancel your booking for an online mock exam and receive a full refund up to 96 hours before the scheduled exam time.

1.2. Cancellation requests made within 96 hours of the scheduled exam time are not eligible for a refund.

2. Onsite Mock Exams

2.1. You may cancel your booking for an onsite mock exam and receive a full refund up to one month before the scheduled exam date.

2.2. Cancellation requests made within one month of the scheduled exam date are subject to a variable refund, depending on the incurred costs for staff and venue hire.

2.3. We will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement candidate for your cancelled booking. If a replacement candidate is found and makes full payment, you will receive a full refund, less any applicable administrative fees.

3. General Refund Conditions

3.1. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the booking.

3.2. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

3.3. In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a partial refund or alternative solutions, such as rescheduling your session, at our discretion.

4. Stripe Refund Specifications

4.1. Refunds will be processed in accordance with Stripe's refund policies, which can be found on Stripe's website.

4.2. Stripe may charge a small fee for processing refunds, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
